This development has been accompanied by significant investment in sports infrastructure, including two municipal pavilions, three 11-a-side football fields, two 7-a-side football fields, a municipal cycling sports area, a swimming pool, tennis, and paddle courts, providing the necessary resources for a wide range of sports activities.
This municipal vision not only translates into promoting sports activity but also aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda. Through sports, Les Franqueses contributes to promoting a healthy lifestyle and creating learning opportunities without distinctions, establishing itself as a benchmark in integrating sports into the community with a strong commitment to sustainable development and improving the quality of life for its inhabitants.
