The sports day is part of the school program for promoting sports.
Today, Friday, June 7, the School Olympics in Les Franqueses, European Town of Sport 2024, took place at the Municipal Sports Zone of Corró d’Avall. A sports day that brought together 6th-grade students from various schools in Les Franqueses del Vallès.
Students from Camins, Colors, Guerau de Liost, Joan Sanpera i Torras, Bellavista Joan Camps i Giró schools participated in this fun and sports-filled day aimed at promoting sports practice, where the students could enjoy up to 8 different sports.
The School Olympics are part of the school sports promotion program (PEPE), with the objective of bringing the Municipal Sports Board of Les Franqueses del Vallès closer to the schools, disseminating and promoting the various sports practiced in the municipality. Sports such as basketball, handball, volleyball, badminton, karate, tennis, or football, among others. A fun and sports-filled day where children enjoy sports while meeting other boys and girls from the municipality.
The School Olympics are part of the celebrations for Les Franqueses as the European Town of Sport 2024.
